Any standard PC with an internet connection may be used with optionFair® and no additional software download is required onto your computer in order to start trading. optionFair® recommends usage of Internet Explorer (IE7.0, IE8.0), FireFox (v3.5, v3.6) or Google Chrome (v4.0) as the internet browser. Java script must be enabled to trade in our site.

No deposit is required in order to complete the registration process. However, to begin trading Binary Options with OptionFair, the minimum initial deposit of 200 USD, EUR or GBP needs to be made.

In order to deposit OptionFair offers traders several options:

1. Credit Card: (Minimum 200 $,€ or £). Verification is required.

2. Bank and Wire Transfer: (Minimum 500 $,€ or £). Traders must receive the Transfer Request form from Customer Care.

3. CashU: (Minimum 200 $,€ or £).

4. MoneyGram: (Minimum 1500 $,€ or £).

There are no limits on the amount a trader can deposit. The minimum investment amount for a single option is typically 200 USD, EUR and GBP.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD, EUR or GBP. optionFair provides traders with one withdrawal per month that is exempt from commission fees. Any additional withdrawal within the same month will be charged a fee of 30 USD, EUR or GBP per withdrawal.

All requests for withdrawals will be sent to the same account used to make the initial deposit. If there are problems doing so, optionFair will process the withdrawal by wire transfer to a bank account with the name of the account holder. For in-depth details regarding how to make a withdrawal please refer to our banking page.

It is possible to make deposits on optionFair® with EUR, USD or GBP. The trading currency is selected as part of the registration process and once selected cannot be changed.

optionFair offers our traders three instrument types to make the most of their investment opportunities:

• High/Low
• Touch/No Touch
• Boundary
• 60 Second Trades

Each instrument is designed to help different types of investors use a wide variety of strategizing to succeed in trading Binary Options.

Target prices are the purchase amount at which optionFair is willing to sell the option. These amounts are predetermined by optionFair’s market analyses, based on the most current data available. Traders can opt to buy an option above or below the target price depending on the way that they anticipate the asset is likely to move.

The expiry time is the specific hour and date when the time allotted for estimating the direction of an asset’s market value closes. The expiry time is automatically displayed to optionFair’s traders and adjusts to their time zone accordingly.

The expiry level is the Underlying Asset’s market value at the expiry time.  The level determines whether the option expired ‘in the money’ or ‘out of the money’. For further explanation on exactly how the expiry level is calculated please visit the Expiry Calculation page.

Once a trader invests in an option he/she has a gap of three minutes after opening the trade to until five minutes before the options expiry to close it.

An option which expires “in the money” is one which has met the trader’s estimated conditions. Likewise, an option which expires “out of the money” is one that has not met the traders estimated conditions.

If an option expires at the target price, which is possible for a High/Low or Boundary Instruments,  100% of the initial investment will be returned by optionFair to the trader

The minimum amount a trader can invest in an option with is 25 EURO, USD or GPB. The maximum amount is 15000 EUR, USD or GPB.

There is no limitation placed on the number of options that can be purchased at any particular time. However, there is an ‘exposure limit’ of 2000 USD, EUR or GBP. This limit represents the total value of open positions at any particular time
